How Is This For Funky?

When researching music and looking through feedback for a previous post <Vote For Your Favourite Seductive Song> I stumbled over this jewel of a late 70s funky number: Shame by Evelyn King aka Evelyn Champagne King.

There are some seriously good tracks to come by in the late 70s, but every now and then you know that you have heard something special. This is one of the best tracks I have heard in a long time.

Evelyn King is very natural in her performance, her voice is crisp and sensual and the beat is funky and with a great guitarre tune to accompany it. Click below to hear it for yourself.
